Radiance Revisited

I had just hitched a ride and got dropped off with my back pack.

I was not sure where I would stay but I knew I was meant to arrive here.

I sat in your presence feeling somewhat broken and unfit.

Finally in between sobs I found the courage to look upon your face.

A peaceful vibration came over me, "Find your radiance.

Connect with that. That is who you are." So I did.

I navigated past the stories to my truer self.

I could feel the radiance beaming forth from my sacred heart.

For a time I was conscious of being suspended in the cosmos,

in communion, feeling Love, feeling the boundlessness of existence.

I do trust that those seeking Truth will find it.

The Valley of Darkness

Sometimes we have to sit in the darkness to realize our inner light.

Sometimes maybe we free fall before we realize, we have wings to fly.

Sometimes we have to lose a thing so precious, until we find it again in our own Heart.

Finally, we realize the capacity to love and to trust is our greatest asset.

And though I have ventured into the Valley of the Darkness,

I fear not because my reach need only to touch my center to know where I am,

to remember from where I have come and to see where I am going,

a cosmic bearing held lovingly by Universal Space.
